Cruzan | Monroe provides ongoing development, construction management and strategic construction services for ViaSat, Inc.'s headquarters in Northern San Diego. Projects have included Buildings 5, 6, 6.5, and 7, and planning and permitting for Building 8 and a Tier 3 Data Center. Additionally, Cruzan | Monroe provides advisory services for selected ViaSat assets across the country.
