Randa Saab

Randa provides property management and project accounting services for Cruzan | Monroe. Prior to joining the Cruzan | Monroe team, Randa spent nearly six years at Janez Properties Inc. as a senior property accountant. During her tenure at Janez, Randa was responsible for the following functions: accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow analysis, bank reconciliations, loan draws and variance reporting. Randa was also responsible for tenant lease administration, including posting of monthly rent, preparation of various tenant notices, and interfacing with Janez’ leasing manager and property management team on all leasing matters.

Randa is a graduate of San Diego State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
