Ann is responsible for finance and operations at Cruzan | Monroe.  In her finance role, Ann coordinates C|M's financial analysis, strategic budgeting and entity accounting.  She is also responsible for financial statement preparation, partnership and loan requirement compliance, and loan draws.  In her operations role, Ann is responsible for general oversight of due diligence/closings, legal documentation, insurance, marketing, and other functions. Prior to C|M, Ann spent three years as a financial analyst for Red Capital Markets, the investment banking arm of Red Capital Group.   

Ann graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with a BS in Business Administration and concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.  She was recipient of the Daniel B. Woodruff Memorial Scholarship Award for Excellence within the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate and was also a 4-year member and Team Captain of USD’s Woman’s Volleyball Team (NCCA Division I, Top 20).
