Pete serves as development and construction manager at Cruzan | Monroe. Pete has over 15 years of construction and development management experience. He has managed over two million square feet of office, life science and semiconductor manufacturing facilities across the nation. Prior to Cruzan | Monroe, Pete served as senior project manager for CarrAmerica Development Corporation, where he managed development throughout San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Chicago and Salt Lake City. Pete graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from University of Washington.
