This downtown San Diego project involved the redevelopment of the historic TR Produce Warehouse into a mixed-use project that includes 28 loft-style office condominiums above the 19,000-square-foot restaurant and retail space. The project, located directly across from centerfield at PETCO Park, fuses historic renovation with contemporary architecture in an urban infill location. TR Office is downtown San Diego’s first historic office condominium project. Units range from 700 square feet to 1,300 square feet.
