La Pacifica is a 30-acre, 475,000-square-foot industrial development located within the 400-acre master planned Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre, in Oceanside, California.  The first phase of La Pacifica (La Pacifica 1) was completed in the third quarter of 2006 and was sold on a pre-sale basis to RREEF.   A three-building project, La Pacifica 1 consists of 226,220 square feet.  The second phase, “La Pacifica 2”, will consist of 242,278 square feet; construction commencement is TBD.
