Darwin Court is a one-story structure with second-floor mezzanine. Cruzan | Monroe purchased the asset while vacant, repositioned it for corporate office use, and then signed a lease with a full-building tenant. Improvements to the building included the construction of a new two-story lobby with an exposed feature stair; the modernization of the existing shell HVAC core system; and the complete renovation of the project's hard-scape entrance, monument sign and landscaping.
