Located on a 1.88-acre parcel, Roselle-Dunhill is the conversion of two flex/R&D buildings totaling 28,438 square feet. The conversion included exterior, interior and landscape retrofit to create a creative, open-space environment. Exterior renovations include new glass systems, operable glass grade-level truck doors, and industrial-style lighting, signage and site enhancements. Interior renovations emphasize "raw" and "green" materials/finishes. Tenant spaces were built as "spec suites" accommodating small medium square footage requirements (+/-1,000 - 8,000 SF).
