Scripps Wateridge is a two-building, corporate office project located in Sorrento Mesa. C|M stabilized the project – to 100 percent leased – with tenants Qualcomm, Cingular and UCSD. C|M perfected the entitlements on a vacant 4.26-acre development pad entitled for a 26,000-square-foot, two-story office building.
