The Summit is a 75-acre redevelopment opportunity in Rancho Bernardo. Cruzan | Monroe served as development manager on behalf of Lucent Technologies Pension Fund and RREEF. Cruzan | Monroe provided asset services including entitlement, leasing oversight and development management. The project currently consists of 550,000 existing square feet, and at full build-out/redevelopment could include between 1.2 and 1.5 million square feet of office, R&D, industrial and corporate facilities.
