Cruzan | Monroe managed the relocation of Leap Wireless - Cricket Communications’ Corporate Headquarters.  C|M was contracted by Cricket Wireless to provide physical evaluations and budgets for multiple facilities being contemplated for Cricket's new 200,000-square-foot corporate headquarters.  With support from a team of design engineers and specialty contractors, detailed construction and life cycle costs were provided.  At building selection, C|M continued to provide support with review and drafting of lease documents, exhibits and the work letter.  Concurrent with the lease negotiation, C|M coordinated the start of initial space planning and interior design.  C|M also managed the RFP and selection processes for the general contractor, mechanical and electrical design engineer.  With the team established, the overall design continued, allowing continual budget evaluation as design progressed.  During design, C|M integrated a LEED consultant in response to Cricket Wireless's indication that LEED Platinum had become a design goal.  The project was completed in August 2009.
